Security at DAX was a disaster. People were allowed to do whatever they pleased, which meant those with floor seats couldn't see anything as attendees stood wherever they wished throughout the entire show. Unlike other venues and security firms, over 20 adults resorted to standing on chairs, a major violation. In contrast to my experiences at other wrestling events where security enforced seating once everyone was back in the ring and cleared barricades and walkways, DAX's security staff failed to manage the situation. This resulted in handicapped individuals being unable to watch the show due to constant standing in front of them. Additionally, numerous guards couldn't communicate effectively and were unhelpful. As a security professional, I had a frustrating experience because the staff prioritized watching the show over ensuring a safe and organized environment.
